Fyte RPO set up an off-site recruitment team dedicated to the client. The recruitment team is a combination of permanent and flexible staff across 5 Greater China cities and includes project managers, recruiters, researchers and schedulers.
The team and the client work in partnership to evaluate annually the store staffing needs in terms of new stores openings and replacement staff for current stores.
The Fyte RPO team’s essential mission is to ensure the effectiveness of recruiting for new market entry situations, whether by city or brand; this allows the client’s own operations and talent acquisition team to focus on the existing stores.
